Administrator Solution
If you received this error shown below, the solution is to allow our software to be run as an administrator.
On your windows desktop, our software created a shortcut, please use the right mouse button, right mouse click on this icon, and select properties.
When the next window is displayed, click the compatibility tab, then check the box that says “run as administrator”.
