The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Reliability or availability
- Error-free operation
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-2 Technologies shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including:
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Equipment or operational issues
8. Data & Privacy
Any information collected through the website or Software is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
This license may be terminated at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the Software.
